Return/Exchange Policy 100% Art values your business and we back our greeting cards and services with a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you may exchange it for another or get a full refund of the purchase price: - Within seven (7) days of our shipment to you, you must let us know you intend to return the product. Please send us an email message using the email address shown below.
- The card or package must be returned to us before we can complete the exchange or refund. Please package it securely and return it to the address shown below. It must be received in like new condition. You pay the return postage.
- Once we receive it, we will ship your replacement or issue a refund.
- Shipment fees on exchanges will be borne by Heartful Village
- Refunds will be for the entire amount you paid, including shipping/handling fees.
Shipping Policy Credit card orders placed before 5:00pm U.S. Central Time are shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00pm Central Time are counted in the next days' orders. Orders to be paid by personal check or money order are held for up to five days awaiting payment. They are shipped when the check or money order has been deposited and cleared.
